• Account details: your name and email from Google sign-in, and any phone number or school you add to your profile.
• Application details: the information you enter when applying: school, program, course, year, fee amount, currency, and the school’s payment account.
• Documents: admission letter, fee invoice, and previous results uploaded with your application.
• Newsletter: email, name, birthdate, and current class, only if you sign up.
• Partner inquiry: organisation name, contact name and email, what you offer, and any link or message you provide.
• Technical: IP address, browser, and basic server logs.

• To process your fee-support application.
• To pay your school directly when an application is approved.
• To stay in touch about decisions, requested documents, and partner programs.
• To send the newsletter you signed up for.
• To respond to partner inquiries.

• Supabase: our database and document storage provider.
• Google: for sign-in only.
• The school you nominate, when paying fees on your behalf.
• We do not sell your data.

• Account and application data: while your account is active, plus a reasonable period after for our records.
• Documents: until your application is decided, plus a short retention window for audit.
• Newsletter email: until you unsubscribe.

• Email support@hopecatalyst.net to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
• You can sign out at any time. Account deletion is on request.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don’t use marketing or tracking cookies.
